Julian Dionne (1990, Bologna) is a professional Singer with experiences in Opera, Theater and Film.
In 2017 he joined the renowned Ensemble “The 12 Tenors” with numerous concerts in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland and Spain.
He performed in the Berliner Philharmonie in Berlin, the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt am Main, the Wienerstadthalle in Vienna, the Tonhalle in Düsseldorf, the Gewandhaus in Leipzig, the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg and other concerthalls and arenas around Europe.
Julian Dionne sang “Alfredo” in Giuseppe Verdi´s Opera La Traviata, “Jesus” in Jesus Christ Superstar by Andrew Lloyd Webber and “Aeneas” in the Baroque opera Dido and Aeneas by Henry Purcell.
He also participated at the Biennale di Venezia teatro 2015 in “Europa: la terra trema” by Jan Lauwers and participated in three motion pictures.
Julian Dionne is active as a solo artist focusing mostly on composers from the Italian Belcanto tradition.
He studied at the national Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, l’Arte del Belcanto by Luciana Serra in Lugano and holds a BSc. and MSc. in Economics and Management for the Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment Industries (CLEACC/ACME) from the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
